Paris Bienert for City Council is seeking motivated Field Organizer Fellows to support the field efforts to help elect Paris Bienert. Paris Bienert is a trained social worker and political organizer who is running for office to bring gender equity to the forefront of city issues and work to solve problems from a public health perspective.

Fellows will work directly with the Field Director, the Campaign Manager, and the Candidate. To apply, email a resume to campaign@parisbienert.com


Applicants Should:

  • Be willing to work a minimum of 10 hrs a week.

  • Be committed to progressive values.

  • Be very organized and solution oriented.

  • Be able to work in a fast pace environment.

  • Possess excellent oral and written communications. 

  • Be proficient with systems such as Google Drive and Microsoft Office.

  • Work well as a member of a team. 

  • Have the ability to work some weekends and evenings.

  • Have reliable access to transportation.

  • Have reliable phone and computer access.


                Duties Include:

  • Provide support to campaign leadership team in daily activities.

  • Contact voters directly to spread campaign message.

  • Recruit and Manage Volunteers.

  • Distribute campaign materials.

  • Support social media outreach plan. 

  • Collect and Analyze campaign data. 

  • Maintain Campaign Databases. 

  • Staff Candidate at various events, meetings, and functions. 

  • All others as assigned.
