ICYMI: Baltimore Sun Article

Paris was featured in a Baltimore Sun article yesterday about women running for City Council in Baltimore. Paris was interviewed about her experience running as a young women and about why we need more women in public office. She shared her plans to create a Work Group on Women’s Transportation Issues and the first bill she will introduce, which will ban salary history inquiries. Read the article.

We know that women will not be truly represented until we have equal seats at the table, and our City Council is currently only 28% women. In the words of Emerge Maryland Chair Martha McKenna: “If we’re only at 28%, we sure can’t go backwards.” Can you donate $28 right now to make sure we move forward and not backwards?

Event Tonight

Tonight, join residents from around Southeast Baltimore for a Meet & Greet with Paris. Team Paris will be at Castaways from 6:30 – 8pm talking with voters about Paris’ plans for Southeast Baltimore. Hope to see you tonight.

5th Pass of the District

We continue to knock on doors every single day. Whether she knocks 600 doors with 10 volunteers on a weekend day, or goes out with a few volunteers on a weeknight, Paris knows that the only way to win this race is by directly connecting with voters. This is why we are already on our 5th pass of the district, meaning that we have knocked on every door at least 4 times! Sign up to volunteer.
